Each service has its own Service-Specific Terms & Conditions, which include a cancellation and refund policy. Clients must review and accept these terms at the time of booking.

Refunds are processed by secure third-party payment providers. If a refund is approved, we will issue it within 14 days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider and is outside our control.

These Service-Specific Terms & Conditions must be read together with our General Terms & Conditions (Website Use). In the event of a conflict, the Service-Specific Terms take priority for the service booked.
