About me
If you’ve ever felt exhausted from carrying too many responsibilities — whether leading a team, running a business, or simply keeping up with life’s endless demands — I see you. I’ve been there too.
I’m Pili (short for Maria del Pilar) Rivera — a Mindfulness Teacher, Radical forgiveness coach, and Health coach. I help women leaders and business owners who feel overwhelmed or burned out find clarity, balance, and self-compassion so they can thrive — not just push through.

My journey
For 15 years, I worked in investment banking. On the outside, I was successful; on the inside, I was running on empty. Perfectionism kept me working late nights, poor habits wore down my health, and stress left me anxious, sleepless, and far from the joyful life I thought I was building.
The turning point came when I realised: enough was enough. Burnout led me to seek change. I discovered Buddhist meditation, mindfulness practices, and Radical Forgiveness work, which helped me reconnect with myself and live with greater awareness. Over time, my health improved, my stress softened, and my perspective transformed. That’s when I knew — I wanted to guide others through the same process.

If you’d like to explore the principles that guide my work, you can read more about my values here.
How I can support you
My work is rooted in kindness, integrity, and presence — values that shape every session, workshop, and programme I offer. With my background in both high-pressure corporate life and years of professional training, I bring a blend of empathy and evidence-based tools to my clients.

Here’s how I can support you:
🌿 Mindfulness — cultivating awareness, resilience, and clarity in daily life and leadership.
💚 Radical forgiveness — releasing old stories and patterns that keep you stuck, and opening space for freedom.
✨ Health coaching — building sustainable habits around stress, sleep, energy, and emotional eating.
🏢 Workplace mindfulness and sustainability — bringing awareness, well-being, and purpose into professional life. I also explore the connection between mindfulness and caring for our planet — you can read more about mindfulness and sustainability here.
