About me

👋 I’m Pili (short for Maria del Pilar) Rivera — a Mindfulness Teacher, Radical Forgiveness Coach, and Health Coach. I help women leaders and business owners who feel overwhelmed or burned out find clarity, balance, and self-compassion, so they can thrive — not just keep pushing through.

My journey

For 15 years, I worked in investment banking. On the outside, I looked successful; on the inside, I was running on empty. Perfectionism drove me to late nights, stress kept me anxious, and poor habits slowly wore down my health.

 

The turning point came when I realised: enough was enough. Burnout forced me to stop and seek another way. That’s when I discovered meditation, mindfulness practices, and Radical Forgiveness work.

 

These practices helped me soften my inner critic, improve my health, and reconnect with myself in a more compassionate way. Over time, my perspective — and my life — transformed. That’s when I knew: I wanted to guide other women through the same process.

My work is rooted in kindness, integrity, and presence — values that shape every session, workshop, and programme I offer. With my background in both high-pressure corporate life and years of professional training, I bring a blend of empathy and evidence-based tools to support you.

Mindfulness

When stress keeps you awake at night, mindfulness offers simple practices to reconnect with calm, clarity, and resilience — both in daily life and in leadership.

Health coaching

When your energy feels drained and balance seems out of reach, coaching offers gentle support to rebuild healthy, sustainable habits around rest, stress, and nourishment.

Radical forgiveness

We all carry stories, guilt, or self-criticism that weigh us down. Radical forgiveness invites us to gently release what no longer serves and open to more freedom and healing.

Workplace Mindfulness

When the day-to-day at work feels tense and on autopilot, mindfulness helps you pause and find calm, clarity, and purpose again.

What has shaped my work

I believe that to hold safe spaces for others, I need to keep learning myself. Each training has not only given me professional tools — it has also supported my own healing journey. Here are some of the studies and practices that guide the way I work today:
