What is Health coaching?
Health coaching is not about quick fixes or strict plans. It’s a collaborative, heart-centred process designed to help you build a happier, healthier life at a pace that feels right.
My approach is holistic, kind, and mindful — we explore how different areas of your life (nutrition, relationships, career, creativity, movement, spirituality, and rest) all affect your well-being. Together, we identify what truly nurtures you and what might be draining your energy or balance.
Even though I’m trained in nutrition-related topics, I’m not a dietitian and I won’t prescribe a diet. Instead, I help you develop a positive, sustainable relationship with food, movement, rest, and self-care — guided by awareness and compassion.

Who's your coach?
I’m Pili Rivera. I’m a certified Health Coach with training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in Health Coaching, Emotional Eating, and Detox Your Life, as well as Precision Nutrition’s Level 1 Nutrition Coaching certification, and the Sleep, Stress management, and Recovery Coaching certification.
In my work, I integrate Health coaching with mindfulness, Radical forgiveness, and self-compassion — helping you care for your whole self, not just one aspect of your life.

What to expect from our sessions?
Health Coaching is part of my A Kindful Path Coaching programme — a holistic approach that weaves together mindfulness, radical forgiveness, the science of the mind, and health coaching.
Whichever option you choose, you’ll be welcomed into a safe, compassionate space, where we discover together the approach that best serves you.
Clarity call
(30 minutes)

A gentle first step to share what’s happening in your life right now and what you’d like to shift.

This session is designed to help you gain greater clarity, take away reflection prompts, and get a sense of how coaching with me could support you.

If you decide to continue, the cost of the clarity call will be discounted from your first individual session.
