Health coaching

These coaching sessions aim to help you create a happier and healthier life. I will teach you how you can build new habits (or even retake older ones) with a kind and loving approach. We will go slowly and steadily so these habits can be maintained in the long run.

Health coaching has a holistic point of view. We do not necessarily only talk about food or nutrition. We focus on how your health is impacted by different areas of your life that have been overlooked for quite some time. For example: creativity, career/studies, interpersonal relationships, physical activity, spirituality, etc.

Even though as a Health coach I have a training in some topics related to nutrition, I am not a dietitian, therefore I can not prescribe a diet plan. However, I can support you in the process of creating healthy habits for the long run.

What topics can we cover?

  • Creating new well-being habits: Meditation, drinking two litters of water/day, working out, or journaling.

  • Resuming Yoga practice, finish reading that book that has been sitting on your bedside table for quite some time.

  • Exploring your creativity.

  • Feeling more energy.

  • Managing work-related stress.

  • Time management, etc.

How are the health coaching sessions?

  • 45-minute discovery call, where we will do an initial assessment and I can answer your questions.

  • 1-hour online session via Zoom.

  • We will review together your 'health history' form.

  • You will receive a 'Circle of Life' report plus other downloadable resources like worksheets and audios.

  • I will guide you on how to mindfully set up your goals, which will be monitored via email.

  • Coaching packages available.
