My perspective
In 2024, I joined the Sustainability for Small Business Programme with Small Business Britain. I was already recycling, donating, and choosing pre-owned books, and now I bring this same curiosity into my teaching and coaching by offering paperless resources and continuing to learn. Sustainability, like mindfulness, is a journey of awareness — one I continue to explore with kind curiosity.

Everyday practices
