1. About us
MindfulPili.com is owned and operated by María del Pilar Rivera Baldassari, also known as Pilar Rivera or Pili Rivera, trading as Mindful Pili. Through this website, Pilar provides online coaching and mentoring sessions, live and self-paced courses, workshops, and programmes, along with regularly updated blog content.

All services are delivered personally by Pilar Rivera, a Certified Coach (trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Precision Nutrition, and CSL) and Meditation Teacher (certified by Mujer Holística). Pilar has also completed training with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF) specifically in teaching Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L) and Introducing Mindfulness. She is currently completing a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses at Bangor University, which will qualify her to teach Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
Pilar is not currently a member of the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA), although she aligns her practice with their recognised best practice guidelines, including continuing professional development (CPD), regular supervision, and participation in retreats. She intends to apply for BAMBA registration once her Masters training is complete.

A full overview of Pilar’s professional training and qualifications is available on the About me page of this website.
