Service Description

🌿 Introducing mindfulness is a short, beginner-friendly 3-week online mindfulness course, developed by the world-renowned Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF). This live programme offers a gentle yet profound introduction to mindfulness practice and theory, all within a supportive environment. Over three weeks, you’ll embark on a journey to cultivate greater awareness, clarity, and calm. Each session is just one hour, focusing on key principles of mindfulness that can be seamlessly integrated into daily life. A kind and practical way to begin — just 1 hour a week for 3 weeks. WHAT IS MINDFULNESS Mindfulness is simply noticing the present moment with curiosity and kindness, creating space to respond rather than react. ABOUT THE COURSE Taught by Pili, a mindfulness teacher trained at Bangor University and accredited by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation to deliver this specific methodology. The course combines guided practices with a little theory to give you a rounded taste of mindfulness. You’ll learn how to bring it into daily life — at your desk, while walking, or at home. No prior experience required. ✨ WHAT TO EXPECT Each session includes guided practices, simple experiential exercises, group reflection through chat (listening welcome, no pressure to share), and short home practice between sessions (15–20 minutes a day). Over three weeks we explore: Session 1, paying attention with curiosity and care; Session 2, learning new ways of being; Session 3, responding, not reacting. WHAT YOU RECEIVE A downloadable workbook, audio recordings of meditations, and a certificate of attendance if you join all sessions. WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR This course is for anyone curious about mindfulness who prefers a short and accessible introduction, people with busy lives who want practical tools for stress, clarity and self-kindness, and those who enjoy learning in a supportive, live group setting. WHO MIGHT NOT BENEFIT It may not be suitable if you are looking for instant results without practice, or if you are currently experiencing severe mental health challenges (professional support is recommended first). IMPORTANT TO KNOW This is an educational course in mindfulness, not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. If you are under medical or psychological care, please check with your healthcare provider before joining.


Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change, and this policy helps ensure fairness and respect for everyone. BOOKINGS • Places must be booked in advance and are only confirmed once paid in full. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • Course/programme dates, including the day of practice (if applicable), are set in advance. Please review the full schedule carefully before booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date: full refund. • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date: refund minus a 5% admin fee. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date, or once the course/programme has begun: non-refundable. • If you miss a session during the course/programme, no refund will be given. • Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after booking. If your course/programme starts within this time, attending confirms that you waive this right. REFUNDS • Refunds are only available within the notice periods above. • Once a course/programme has started, no refunds are offered, even if you cannot attend all sessions. LATENESS & NO-SHOWS • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. • If you do not attend without notice, the full fee applies. • If I am delayed, you will receive your full session time or the option to reschedule. CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING BY US • If I must cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible. • As a kind request, please reserve one additional session after the official end date of the course/programme as a “reserve” session, in case a session needs to be rescheduled. TECHNOLOGY Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) with working audio and video. If technical issues occur on your side, the session may be shortened and still considered used. If the issue is on my side, we will reschedule at no cost. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES Emergencies happen. If something unavoidable arises, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
