Mindfulness for Well-being course

Over eight weeks, this course will guide you through a step-by-step journey to cultivate mindfulness and integrate it into your daily life. Each session builds on the last, offering practical tools and insights to help you respond more skilfully to life’s challenges. Here’s a glimpse of what we’ll explore together each week:

Week 1: Awareness and automatic pilot

Discover how often we operate on “automatic pilot” and learn to bring mindful awareness to daily life.

Week 4: Recognising aversion

Understand how we avoid uncomfortable emotions and experiences, and learn to face them with compassion.

Mini retreat:
Online Mindfulness Day of Practice

Deepen your practice with periods of silence, mindfulness exercises, and reflective integration.

Week 2:
Living in our
heads

Explore the impact of living in a constant stream of thoughts and reconnect with the present moment.

Week 5:
Allowing and letting be

Cultivate acceptance by allowing emotions and physical sensations to come and go naturally.

Week 7:
How can I best take care of myself?

Explore how you are spending your time to develop personalised strategies for self-care and well-being.

Week 3:
Gathering the scattered mind

Learn gentle movement practices to centre your attention and bring your mind back when it wanders.

Week 6:
Thoughts are not facts

Challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and learn to see thoughts as passing events rather than absolute truths.

Week 8:
Maintaining and extending new learning

Reflect on your journey throughout the course and create a plan to sustain your mindfulness practice.
