Guided meditation audios

Would you like to start meditating but don’t know where to start? Do you find it hard to practise being in silence? Here you will find different audios with guided meditations starting from just 4 minutes.

These audios are suitable for meditators of all levels of expertise. Note that beginner’s mind is one of the attitudinal foundations of Mindfulness, so you can even listen to the same audio over and over again and experience it as if it was the first time.

These meditations consider a trauma sensitive approach, which includes gentle modifications and various options to choose from. If you have any trauma history, please consult your GP beforehand.

You can practise with them when you wake up in the morning, during a break from work or before going to bed. Are you ready to try them?


3-minute breathing space

Wishing to connect to your inner calm and only got 3 minutes? This practice is for you! You can listen to this audio while sitting down or standing. Your eyes can be opened or closed. It’s your choice! Ready to begin? Just click play.


Body Scan

In this 15-minute Mindfulness practice, we will go slowly and with kindness through the different parts of the body. When we are in touch with our bodies, we are in the present moment.


Sitting meditation

In this 15-minute audio, we will explore our awareness of the breath, sounds and thoughts. And remember that if your mind wanders, you can come back to your breath or maybe your hands or feet.
