This 30-minute discovery session is an opportunity for us to connect, get to know each other, and explore whether mindfulness mentoring is the right fit for you. Together, we will discuss how mindfulness practice can support you in navigating various personal or professional challenges. Unlike traditional coaching, which focuses on reaching specific goals, mindfulness mentoring offers a safe and open space for inquiry and exploration. It’s a journey of self-discovery where I will accompany you, offering guidance, insights, and practices tailored to your unique experiences. This session also provides the chance to clarify any questions or doubts you may have about mindfulness practice. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
