Special Offer: £80 (originally £200)! Concessions available - email info@mindfulpili.com This is an eight-week course based on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). You will learn how to cultivate mindfulness in your daily life so you can react less and respond more to life's challenges and stress in general. During eight weekly sessions, Pili will guide you through various mindfulness practices, including the body scan, mindful breathing, and gentle movement. It also includes a mini retreat between sessions 6 and 7, which will take place on a Sunday. - Week 1: Awareness and automatic pilot - Week 2: Living in our heads - Week 3: Gathering the scattered mind - Week 4: Recognising aversion - Week 5: Allowing and letting be - Week 6: Thoughts are not facts - Week 7: How can I best take care of myself? - Week 8: Maintaining and extending new learning By the end of this course, you will have gained a deeper understanding of how mindfulness can positively impact your life and the lives of those around you. You will also have a range of mindfulness practices at your disposal that you can continue to use long after the course has ended. IMPORTANT This is a structured course, where each session builds upon what has been taught before. That's why it's important to attend all the sessions. THIS COURSE MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF... - You're not open to exploring your thoughts and emotions or are seeking a quick fix for your problems. This course requires a willingness to engage in self-reflection and an openness to try new approaches. - You're currently experiencing severe mental health issues, it's recommended that you seek more specialised support before enrolling in this course.
