A gentle reset: Welcoming September with Mindfulness
September often feels like a “second new year” — routines return, plans take shape, and the slower pace of summer begins to shift. While this fresh start can be energising, it can also bring pressure to set ambitious goals or strive for perfection. Mindfulness offers another way: setting gentle intentions rooted in kindness and values. A pause, a breath, or a mindful action can help us begin again, with awareness and compassion.
